1. ELIGIBILITY: The Dollar General "Get Ready to Game" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to individual, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside the 50 United States and D.C. and where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors (and their respective IRS dependents), immediate families (spouse, siblings, children, parents and their respective spouses, and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Conopco, Inc. d/b/a Unilever ("Sponsor"), Dollar General Corporation ("Dollar General"), Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win a prize. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

2. TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins 12:01:01 AM (EDT) on 6/1/09 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (EDT) 6/30/09 (the "Promotion Period"). There are two ways to enter. 1) By mail: On a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your complete name, address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth and daytime phone number, and mail your entry to: Dollar General "Get Ready to Game" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 757, Wilton, CT 06897-0757 (a "Mail-in Entry"). No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by 6/30/09 and received by 7/7/09. 2) Online: You may enter online during the Promotion Period by visiting www.dollargeneral.com and following the directions to complete the online entry form (an "Online Entry"). Online Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (EDT) on 6/30/09. Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address, regardless of the method of entry. If a person submits more than one (1) entry only the First entry received will be entered into the drawing. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By providing your contact information, you acknowledge that Unilever may also send you information, samples or special offers it feels may be of interest to you about Unilever brands or brands from other carefully selected companies. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, postage due or stolen entries or mail and all such entries will be void. With respect to Online Entries, Released Parties are not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Automated methods of online entry are prohibited.

3. PRIZES: On or about 7/15/09, a random drawing will be conducted by a representative of Integrated Marketing Services, an independent judging organization, from all eligible entries received, to award the following prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: A gaming package consisting of a Sony 52" LCD TV (model KDL52XBR9), a Sony Home Theater System (model BDVIS1000), an Xbox 360 Elite Console with accessories, a selection of Xbox games (titles to be determined by Sponsor), two (2) gaming chairs and $3,500 in Visa gift cards. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of this prize is $10,000. Ten (10) First Prizes: an Xbox 360 Elite Console with accessories and a selection of Xbox games (titles to be determined by Sponsor). ARV $1,000 each. Twenty-five (25) Second Prizes: an Xbox 360 Arcade. ARV $240 each. One Thousand (1,000) Third Prizes: of a $10 Dollar General Gift Card. Gift card use subject to the terms and conditions set by Gift Card providers. Gift card cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash. Xbox is a trademark of Microsoft. Visa and Microsoft are not affiliated with this Sweepstakes. Xbox games and Xbox accessories will be chosen at the sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Total ARV of all prizes: $36,000. Limit: one (1) prize per person/household.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No cash redemption, substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be notified by express mail and/or telephone and may be required to sign an Affidavit of eligibility, liability release and (where lawful) a publicity release. Noncompliance by date specified on winner notification letter or return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner's agreement and permission for Sponsor, Dollar General and their agencies to use winner's name/likeness for advertising and trade purposes in any and all media without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in and/or accepting prize Sweepstakes entrants agree to: (a) be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, Dollar General and Integrated Marketing Services, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release and forever discharge and covenant not to sue Sponsor, Dollar General, Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, agents and promotion and advertising agencies, and the employees, directors and officers of each of the foregoing entities, from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever, which they may now or hereafter assert, including but not limited to, claims for injury, death, damages, or illness arising out of or relating to or claimed to be arising out of or relating to Sweepstakes entry, prize acceptance, or use or misuse of the prize or any product or prize certificate awarded including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any printing or other errors in Sweepstakes related material. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and award the prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to such action, should causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the United States and by entering you consent to jurisdiction and venue in the courts of New York State.

5. WINNERS LIST: To obtain the first initial, last name, hometown and state of the winners of prizes valued at more than $25, send a self-addressed, stamped business-size envelope to: Dollar General "Get Ready to Game" Sweepstakes Winners, P.O. Box 7276, Wilton CT 06897- 7276. Requests must be received by 8/19/09. Winners list will be sent after winners have been verified and prizes have been awarded.
